Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick F-Bomb

When Urban Decay launched the Revolution Lipsticks I knew I had to have one, the packaging is just amazing - just look at it! The only problem was choosing which one as there are so many gorgeous colours, I was thinking about just going for a safe pink but the mua on the counter suggested F-Bomb. When I saw F-Bomb I was like hell no! I just didn't think I would be able to pull of such a strong colour, F-Bomb is a in your face bright red that I thought would look hideous on me. The mua persuaded me to let her put it on me so I could see the colour on - she first applied the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil in 69 then put F-Bomb over the top. When I looked into the mirror I actually said wow, I LOVED it! The colour just looked so glamorous and pretty!

The lipstick has such a strong colour that you only need to apply the tiniest amount and once its on the lips it aint going anywhere!! I only need to apply this colour once a day and it lasts right to the end of the day. I do find that the lipstick does drag a little on the lips so would recommend the use of a lip balm first!

I am so glad I tried this lipstick as I love it!
Have you guys tried Urban Decays Revolution Lipsticks? What are your favorite statement lipsticks?

Revlon Colourburst Matte Balm Audacious

When I heard that Revlon were bringing out Matte versions of their Colourburst Balms I was so excited! I don't own any of the original balms but they were on my list to buy, but being a huge fan off matte lip products the matte balms went straight to the top! The colour I picked up is Audacious which is a bright orange coral red - I was drawn to this colour straight away as I am a sucker for a orange lipstick. The formula is gorgeous and creamy, the balm doesn't dry my lips out either which is a bonus! The balms have a minty smell which is lovely and not to overpowering when on the lips. The lasting power of these balms is amazing, the colour lasts hours before having to reapply.

I love this balm and am hoping to purchase more colours soon!

Do you guys own any of Revlons Colourburst Matte Balms?

Sleek True Colour Lipstick Baby Doll

As you all have most likely realised by now, I love Sleek Makeup and already own one of their True Colour Lipstick in the colour Papaya Punch which is a matte lipstick. I loved Papaya Punch and really wanted to try one of Sleeks Sheen lipsticks, so I purchased Baby Doll. I loved the look of Baby Doll but unfortunately it just does not suit me! It is such a beautiful colour that I am disappointed that it didn't suit me but I just don't have the colouring for it and it's just to pale and really drains me out! I think it will look gorgeous on someone with more of a tanned skin tone! The formula it lovely and goes on really well and lasts quite a long time before having to reapply!

Overall even though Baby Doll wasn't for me, I still love Sleeks lipsticks and will be buying lots more :)

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil Perversion

If you are looking for a really intense black eyeliner then you need this! Perversion is the blackest eyeliner I have ever tried, and it is just so creamy! It glides onto the lids effortlessly and does not drag at all. I would have never used a pencil eyeliner to do my eyeliner flick because every one I tried just dragged on the eyelids and looked awful but Perversion just works so well. Perversion dries within seconds so you really need to be quick if you are going to blend!

Perversion does not budge once dry at all! I get really oily eyelids (ew) and this eyeliner is not fazed by this at all! I feel that eyeliner really finishes of a eye look and Perversion is honestly the best I have ever tried!

Overall you need this eyeliner!
Have you tried Perversion?

Makeup Geek Graphite Eyeshadow

We are now onto the 3rd eyeshadow in my Makeup Geek haul! My previous posts were on Sensuous & Prom Night.

This post is about Makeup Geek Graphite Eyeshadow! Makeup Geek describes Graphite as a light graphite grey with flecks of silver. I feel that every makeup bag should include a grey eyeshadow - grey is such a versatile colour and a must for a perfect smokey eye, and I think Graphite is the perfect grey!!

Graphite comes in the same amazing quality as Sensuous & Prom Night and is so easily blended into a smokey eye.

Overall Graphite is the perfect shimmery grey and would recommend it! :)

My next Makeup Geek post is my last one in this haul and is on the AMAZING Mermaid Eyeshadow - You do not want to miss this one!!!
